Baccarat rules and baccarat tips.
The purpose of game - To type a combination of cards with the general number of counts 9 or closer to 9. Two hands are dealt by the house dealer, the "player" hand and the "banker" hand. You can bet on the player hand winning (Banco), the banker hand winning (Punto), or a tie between the two hands (Standoff).
10s and all face cards have no value. Aces are worth 1, cards less than 10 are counted at face value. Only single digit values are valid. Any count that reaches a double digit drops the left digit. For example: 13 is counted as 3 and 23 is also counted as 3.

If either hand has a total of 8 or 9 (nine is the highest), then it is called a 'Natural' combination and no more cards are dealt.
Payouts in online baccarat.
Payouts in Baccarat are very straightforward. If you bet on a Punto, you'll be paid at 1 to 1. If you bet on a Banco, you'll also be paid at 1 to 1. The only difference between the Punto and Banco bet is a win on Banco will cost you 5% commission. If you bet on a tie, the payout is 9 to 1 or 8 to 1. Online baccarat tables usually have a minimum bet of $1 and a maximum bet of $250.
